  When you’re able, could you secure the garden water tap box and thin out the hedge as we discussed.
  
  Also we have an issue with smelly drains inside the house.
  Would you ‘rod' the external manhole covers by the back of the house?

  Hi Mark,
  I have paid the invoice. The waterfall is now finished except for final fiddling with the pebbles. Thank you so muh for your help.
  I think you should let people know that you do water features as they are very popular and I had real problems getting a quote last year to do my patio as I included the work on the waterfall etc.
  This year I decided to omit the water feature and do it myself as I thought this was why I had got nowhere before.
  I will send a photo once it has rained and all the mud has been washed off the patio.
